"The Magician" Album Release Lili St Anne W/ Mack John $10-$20 sliding scale at the door, all ages

Lili St Anne Elizabeth Fagan is the force behind Lili St Anne, a Santa Fe art-folk odyssey where raw emotion collides with spectral soundscapes. Her music isn’t just heard—it’s felt. It drifts between the delicate and the defiant, threading folk roots with the wild spark of psychedelia.

"The Magician" is Lili St Anne's debut album release. Minimalist orchestral arrangements support her moonglow-and-thunder voice. Every song is like a small theatrical stage: characters emerge and disappear, textures soar, and underneath it all we grapple with questions of belonging, loneliness, and how to love courageously even amidst fear.

The Portland Release show will feature Chris Johnedis on bass and drums, Chris Shuttleworth on trombone, and Michael Shay on cello.

Mack John Like hearing the wind before it touches your face, Mack John’s music is a quiet siren, warning against indifference and pleading for empathy. With unflinching honesty, her songs confront the seemingly mundane moments that can leave us dumbfounded and benumbed. Inspired by the warm melodies of Julia Jacklin and the poem-like narratives of John Prine, Mack wrestles with themes of misperception and miscommunication, resolving that there is great strength in softness and curiosity.

Love Letters

About once a month, I send out a love letter. I'll include new music, upcoming shows, and probably a meandering thought or two.
